The Organizing Committee encourages the submission of Clinical Cases. One or two clinical cases will be selected to be presented during each session of the ICPM. Clinical cases illustrating an interesting clinical issue within one of the topics of the ICPM will be considered. The educational value of the case will be taken into account in the selection of cases for presentation. Each participant may submit up to two clinical cases.
- Abstracts of the Clinical Cases (max 500 words) may only be submitted via the online link in the bottom of the page
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English. Please include the topic, your name, title, and professional/institutional affiliation
- Deadline for the submission of abstracts: January 10, 2011

If you wish to add table/s to your abstract, please note that tables must be created in the system directly and not be added as an attachment. In case you wish to copy a table into the system you will have to copy each cell separately If your abstract contains special characters and you wish to copy the abstract to the system, please note that the text can be copied but the special characters will need to be chosen from the "Insert Character" drop down list. Please note that in the "Insert Formatting" drop down list: By choosing Line break your text will continue at the next row By choosing New Paragraph your text will continue after two rows Please use this method instead of the "ENTER" button.

Should the number of accepted abstracts exceed the number of slots for oral presentations, abstracts may be presented as posters. Authors will be advised on the presentation form in the acceptance letter, together with the instructions for poster preparation.
After having submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with your abstract reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail please contact the Course Secretariat. Should you wish to make corrections to an abstract already submitted or if you wish to submit another abstract later, you may use your personal access codes. Corrections to abstracts can only be made up until January 10, 2011. If an abstract is accepted, the presenting author will be asked to provide an expanded abstract, a PowerPoint presentation, and must register and attend the course and present the Clinical Case in person (max. 10 min).
